How do I access services?

You can access counselling by self-referral by the online booking link

How much does it cost?

There is no cost to EAP Member Company employees.

How do I know it’s confidential?

Confidentiality is our highest priority.  Our office is uniquely set up – it is in a discrete location with no identifying name.  Appointments are staggered.

Will my employer know if I use the Services?

Absolutely not!  The only information your company receives is a statistical report on an annual basis.  The report does not identify individuals.

What can I expect during the initial session?

The initial session allows you the opportunity to discuss your concerns with one of our professional counsellors in a confidential setting.  Counselling sessions are 45-50 minutes.
